    Hi all, I’ve gone 8 days no PMO. Last night (day 9) I had sex with my girlfriend and was able to maintain an erection quite easily. She gave me a BJ and used her hand (but purposely with a loose grip). I am trying to solve death grip and PIED. For the first time in my life I was able to O off oral.

    Is this considered a relapse if my girlfriend made me cum (because her hand with involved) or would you consider this progress because I maintained an erection and the grip was loose?
