Is this a relapse?

    Hi everyone,

    Last night I had a dream where I think I was (kind of) lucid / aware that I was dreaming. I then chose to have a sexual dream (including MO) and then woke up having an actual orgasm.
    I feel so bad about this now.

    Is this considered a relapse or did I damage my recovery process?

    No. I indeed had one dream like this one. I indeed wake up feeling guilty but hey, you were dreaminng.
    Even if you were partially dreaming, it was not intentional. Just move on.

    It happened to me too while I was sleeping at night sometimes. In my opinion, that is a sign of recovery. Just accept it and keep rolling

    I would not consider that a relapse at all. It’s a dream fueled by urges, no doubt. But that’s normal. Urges are a natural thing that you’re SUPPOSED to have. For those of us who PMO’ed for many years, we had forgotten what life is like with these natural sexual urges that are meant to motivate you to seek actual mates.
