    So me and gf kissed and hugged. A little pre cum came out. Is this a relapse?, if not then why do I feel like my energy has drained a little?and will it affect my recovery?

    Your goal is No Porn (as shown on the counter), so why the heck would anyone consider kissing and hugging as a relapse dude? More over you've been on this forum for almost a year now and you should clearly have read this part of the site, it explains all the recovery terminologies.

    Your energy drain won't affect anything. If necessary, go take a nap, you should be ok.

    No no I'm doing hard mode not just porn. Pmo hard mode. However, I can see a little pre cum coming out due to make out as a wet dream. It's still better than a wet dream and not as draining. So I guess my streak is intact.
