Yesterday, I had fantasized alot and while I was trying to stop I came without even felling any O.
I woke up today dizzy and stuff.
I will reset my counter anyways but what do you guys think.
I am pretty sad the end such a good streak but I will start again and I learnt from my mistake .

Did you fantasize yourself to an orgasm without using hands or any other physical stimulation?

What day were you on your reboot?

How to not fantasize? As in it's easy to not watch porn as you can control your actions, but how to control the thoughts?

That's an impressive imagination you got there!

Sorry about your relapse, but no need to let it discourage you. I'm not an expert, but I wouldn't consider imagination based stimulation as bad as actually viewing porn. A lot less novelty involved.

I'm not saying fantasizing is good for the reboot, especially if it goes all the way to an orgasm.

I'm just saying I would consider it less harmful than actually viewing internet porn because there's no luxury of introducing your brain a new female every couple of seconds with a just a click of the mouse. Less novelty, which I understand is the root of this addiction.

Also, fantasizing is a lot harder to avoid. For me, trying to forcefully push aside a thought just reinforces it.

Technically, the 3 women you imagined were already within your brain. The ones you view on your computer are potentially faces and bodies your brain has never seen before, which increases novelty value.

Do you have any articles you could link me to that support your claim of fantasizing being just as bad as viewing porn?

Well before even before my pmo addiction I was a good lucid dreamer and a very creative person.

    Those are good traits.

I've experienced some unintentional lucid dreaming several times as well. Pretty amazing stuff as long as I was able to maintain the balance between not waking up and not giving the control back to the dream. Mostly I just made the dreams about my sexual fantasies.

It's a counter reset and a relapse if it goes against your goals, whatever those goals may be, as long as you don't lower your standards as you go!! It doesn't matter if MO is worst than fantasizing, they can both affect your long term goal in a negative way, and so we should stay away from it!

The first question is specifically about fantasizing to porn.

I agree that thinking about stuff like your favorite porn movie over and over would be counterproductive, maybe even just as much as viewing porn.

However, after two and a half weeks into my reboot, I get crazy aroused just imagining a female friend laying on my bed. There's actually a lot of statements in that article that support my claim of this type of fantasizing being healthier.

Oh course this is healthier. While i dont condone any fantisizing, id say that thinking about a regular girl is better than thinking about a porno

To me, fantasizing MIGHT be like torture in this case. You can possibly build up a lot of tension by doing it. Also, remember that the fantasies 30 years ago were about pin ups and stuff like that, and one would need to work out his imagination much more. Now the P extremely explicit....you fantasies are often filled with hardcore, no need to imagine. If you fantasize, you could find yourself objectifying the people in your fantasy. The fantasy could be bigger than the reality, being backed by years of viewing P stuff.

I found myself beginning to consider thinking about stuff, but I think you have to make these thoughts go away. Pretty much like when you try to go to sleep, but your mind brings you 100 thoughts about work, people or other concern and keeps you awake. sometime you try to count sheeps and even then, the darn thoughts are screwing with your count.

Fantasizing about "feasible" stuff with your loved one might be healthy further down the road, but if you are craving and you fill your mind with vivid images and wild acts, its torture to me...

maybe change fantasies to lying on a hammock and relaxing or powering up to super saiyan...or imagine your hulk of a teacher to go mountain climbing and stay there and never come for class again till you graduate.

Lol. I'd say try to meditate, freeing your mind might be a good option.
