I think those feminists are stupid, to be honest. I can't really tell if they are serious or just sarcastic about those opinions.

Do you realize that by this same logic, we might just as well invalidate racial minorities' struggle against racism?
As both sides have imperfect people, both white and black people are equally flawed and thus we might as well keep the detrimental views vilifying either of them.

I said it many times, and I'll say it again. It's not because we are equally flawed, that we need to overlook how some sex might be subjected to sexual objectification for example, or how both genders established a vision on sexual relations solely based on power dynamics, or how each sex is influenced by the gender roles attributed to them in a way that (un)facilitates their self-imposing.

If anything, those who really have a tribal primate brain are unable to address cultural issues without separating the evaluation of a group's collective belief system, from the judgment to formulate on the isolated individual from said group.

Personally, I am aware that both sexes are complex human minds, and at the same time, I am conscious of the cultural pressures pushing us to view one another in specific ways and to adhere to certain stereotypical expectations.

It's a natural consequence of the thought process imposed by the ideology. If a society is deeply rooted in systemic oppression, then everything within it (objects, customs, language, etc.) must have a malevolent motive, even the trivial.

That's how you have academics publishing papers and writing books on how electricity is racist or democracy is homophobic. The oppression must be there by definition, your job is just to flush it out and bring it to light.

Thank you, we have arrived at the core axiom of Critical Theory. This is the fundamental claim being made that allows the ideology to gloss over one's individual circumstances and actions so they can be neatly placed in a large undifferentiated group based on skin pigmentation or their reproductive system. Then they can be labeled as victim or oppressor based on that single factor. After all, only one group has Power, the other does not.

What is "Power" though? Freud made the claim that everything revolved around sex, Marx made the claim that everything revolved around the economy. There's no real way to prove them wrong since the words "sex" and "economy" are such a large part of life and so vague and nebulous that you could apply them to virtually anything and everything. Is power really any different?

And why does "Power" only seem to apply to race and sex? Studies have shown that people who are less physically attractive make significantly less money and are less likely to achieve a leadership position than their better looking counterparts. Isn't this an inequality that needs to be addressed? A very large number of people are being denied institutional power based on something quite arbitrary, wouldn't this qualify as systemic oppression of the ugly caste by the beautiful caste? And couldn't you apply this dynamic to an infinite number of factors like this?

And if you considered this infinite number of factors in which someone can be oppressed by a society, wouldn't you ultimately end up at the individual level?

I think world history shows that we tend to have a very difficult time accomplishing this. We like to stay at the collective level, it makes things so much easier for us.

Welcome to the human race, enjoy your stay.

One time when I was really badly addicted to PMO, someone had left a comment on one of the videos and it really shook me when I thought of what they had said.
This woman was doing something really painful for her, and they posted something along the lines of "It's really sick how you people get off to these drug addicts, no way that would feel good sober."
That shit kept me up to think how many of these people are really on something when they do these things. How sick some of them have to be to do some of the activities they partake in.
