Hello friends! I hope the fight goes well for you today. It's been a long while since I have had a nocturnal emission. When it used to happen it was always during long periods of abstaining from sexual encounters. Now that I have started my reboot, I confess that I am quite worried about it happening again. If it happens, am I at fault? Do I have to restart my counter? Is it avoidable? Thanks for any answers and/or tips!
No, nocturnal emissions are normal for a male. It’s part of your body’s way of expelling semen. Very normal. It’s not a relapse at all
