  2. Everytime you feel the urge to watch p or indulge in fap, remember that it is all just an illusion. They are just images. Focus on avoiding your triggers. This includes but not limited to, social media, too much internet use at night, not being active, stress, boredom. Fill your time with productive activities to do. Exercise(crucial for recovery), read, go outside for walks or a meal, take cold showers everyday, eat healthy. Find an activity that you love and just immerse yourself in it. Dont quit when it gets hard. The pain will soon subside and a healthy rebooted mind and body will replace it. Keeep fighting and pushing man
