    Hello guys.
I discovered Nofap almost 2 years ago and that was the time that I realized that I am addicted to porn.
I tried then to quite but I failed hard
My longest record without pmo was 40 days
and after that record you can say that things escalated quickly
I went back to my old habits and I "forgot" about Nofap. The thing is that my addiction was not that bad after that period until now .

So here I am ,I am back and I really ,really wanna get rid of my porn addiction

This is a thread stating the start of my journey
It's time to fight again .

    Wish me luck

Sorry for my English it's not my first language
And thank you for your time

After 20yrs + of excessive masturbation & later internet porn, i spent the last few years trying to quite porn and then i found these online communities & support materials - its has changed my life! i feel im doing well but i have had a few masturbation relapses and now i'm finding this & my mental porn (fantasizing) the most difficult thing to overcome.

For me having a plan and clear road map in place and doing the necessary self-development work, which is part of quitting porn, has been the best and most helpful thing. you cant rely on your mind to think of the right thing to do in the midst of an urge.....you need to have things in place to help you overcome the addiction.

i recommend the nofap academy online e-course. it's cost money to join but hey its a real small price to pay if its helps me to overcome the suffering, pain and sadness that i have experienced from POM.
