We want to try a challenge that promises better results.
For now, that should be a 30-day challenge that starts by Monday Next week (19.12.22).

Objective:
- NoFap
- No Porn
Rules:
- Check in every day and answer these four things (short answers are sufficient, but if desired, answers can be as long as you like)
1. Did you sustain your abstention?
2. How intense are your current urges?
3. What have u done to handle these urges?
4. How do you feel in general?
5. Find one motivational quote, meme, image, etc. you would like to share.
- In a separate post to the check-in, also feel free to share anything useful you would like to share for nofap.
Organization:
- In the instance that you relapse, your name will be added to the legend with the number of days you reached.
- In the instance where you reach the full 30 days, you can be proud of yourself, and we might collectively decide to extend the challenge and/or open for entries again for the folks that relapsed.

- Checkin for day Zero by answering the four questions above for the first time
- Set your abstention counter to start to midnight today.
Background/Rational:
By making this an experience that is as collaborative, interactive, and self-reflective as possible, we expect better results for the participants than with a mere habit-tracking-like challenge.
Suggestions:
If there are any suggestions about how we could make this an even more effective experience, feel free to bring them forward also in this threat. Be sure to make suggestions before Monday, as the challenge should stay consistent over time to make it easy to follow through.
