How do you mean? Far too lenient, you think? I have found that eliminating P is essential and often leads to serious reductions in MO, especially in those with less of a history using PMO as their "drug of choice." So, if no PMO seems a bridge too far, focusing on no P for a period of time can be a more achievable goal, with the understanding that the ultimate long-term goal is no PMO.
