Just made it to 90 days (no PMO)!

Hey everyone. I'm heading to the airport soon, so I'll get right down to business.

Yesterday was my 90th straight day without PMO!
(My previous longest streak was 18.)

In related news, I am physically healthier (about 15 pounds lighter than I was when I started my streak), socially more comfortable (though still, lots of work to do) and professionally more efficient and effective.

My life has changed for the better, certainly, but I am nowhere near a finished product. Reaching this milestone, therefore, is just the first of many, many more steps that I hope to take in order to build the satisfying and positive life that I hope to live.
