Just passing the 7 days!

Hello guys,
I am on the 7 th day of my journey.From the 5th day i faced huge urinary pain after completing my pee .I feel pain in my balls and inside the pelvic floor muscles .It seems burning inside the whole urinary line.That i was feeling sometimes when i went go pee after masturbation .I also feel the same feelings like i just ejaculated after toilet(huge constipation).Sometimes i feel my balls are moving ups and down .Are this feelings are normal??what can i do???
