Just relapsed. Feeling so bad

    I moved into a new house and since it is my winter break I got a lot of free time. Today I kinda feel like horny and looked at some intriguing pic this afternoon, but resisted the urges.

    Just came back to my house and feel even more horny, watched P and M. Feeling empty and disgusted about myself now.

    What should I do? Any tips?

    So you didn't O? Well, it's too bad, sorry. The only really good advice I would give anyone doing nofap is; learn from experince.

    On a positive note what you feelling right now hopefully motivates you in the future. Think back to today and remember how weak, stupid, anxious and empty you felt (as I feel when I've just PMO'ed) and make the choice if you're really horny. You can PMO and pay the price but is it worth it?

    Identify what put you in a position that made you vulnerable to PMO (it sounds like general boredom), and come up with a plan for next time to make sure you're not in that same position without a way out. It can be as simple as deciding that next time this happens, you're going to go for a run, lift weights, read a certain number of chapters of a book (I would stay away from the internet), learn a song on an instrument, or take an ice cold shower if you need it. Document your plan for next time, write it down, journal it here, whatever you need to do.

    If you regularly struggle with urges due to boredoom, or too much time on your hands, you need to find a constructive hobby or interest. Idle hands are the devil's playgrounds, literally for us.

    I've found personally that hobbies that involve other people are especially effective, since getting out into the world and interacting with other people seems to be the anti-PMO for me. The more time I spend in positive social settings, the less I think about P. Obviously everyone is different, but the point is to focus on something OTHER than PMO; the point is to take control of YOUR life. A lot of fapstronauts just sit around trying really hard not to PMO, which kind of defeats the purpose. We nofap to live, we don't live to nofap.
