Hey guys, I have a more complex problem, which I may one day describe in full, but for now just a quick story.
I am 36 and been watching P and M since I was like 10-11 and even before that I was exposed to sex and stuff, more about that later.. I have obsessive personality and was always addicted to something. Whether it be P or food or sport.. But now I have gf and I am in happy relationship, but still do PMO quite a lot. So trying to quit, but I have the urge to sometimes just watch some P without MO to get me aroused. I also have problem to finish - DE. Sometimes I do even inside her, but mostly I cum in her mouth while masturbating. Just don’t know where I stand with all this crap. Is it dangerous to just watch P sometimes?? Thanks!

Yes. You need to stop watching porn or even peeking at it. Your goal is no porn and no masturbation.

  4. give up the porn. To me it sounds like if you have an addictive personality to keep watching porn will definitely lead you back to PMO. Think of it this way, there's a reason former alcoholics don't hang out in bars, or people who used to be addicted to gambling don't hang out in casinos. If you have that addictive personality find something better to get addicted to, something that will improve you as a person. Or maybe talk to a therapist about this addictive personality.

Sounds like its all gotta go for you. The DE may be coming from the fact that your mind is still somewhat conditioned to only finish on porn and not real sex, and the best thing for that is time away from porn. A lot of guys on here talk about how their use of porn affected their sex life and eventually affected the relationship, don't let that be you.

Thanks a lot for replies guys! I know it is a problem, that's the worst about it.. I will try not to watch, it's gonna be hard tho.. It it weird society we live in, porn is everywhere and people think it is no problem, but it is BIG problem for our sex lives and mental health too.. I am 36, but I feel sorry and worried about the young generation, who has it all on hands straight from young age.. I used to M to paper magazines, but it was harder to get, but these days P is one click away.. Wish you all merry christmas and all the willpower we need to stop this crap .. I just wish P never even existed to be honest, but it is what it is, gotta fight it!
