No-PMOing really helps in creating a better mental base on which you can initiate and sustain self-improvement easier.
    • It provides you with more natural focus, energy and motivation, unless you decide to spend that in video games/watching dramas.
    • It keeps your mind grounded in reality, instead of semi-automatically escaping real world difficulties with PMO
    • It opens up your senses, you're no longer numbed to many everyday pleasures, and thus self-improvement provides more of positive feelings.
    • It frees your mind up with all that porno obsession, as well as the amount of time that you used to spent in PMO
However, if after quitting PMO, and you're directing all that new-found so called "superpowers" into stuff like video games/TV dramas, etc.,
I think it's severely limiting the potential benefits of No-PMO.

So while quitting PMO, commit also to become a much better individual, the rockstar version of yourself.
Do exercises, meditate, go out and socialize, join new activities, read books/articles that helps self-improvement, pick up some real-world interest (That which gives you an edge in reality, e.g. musical instrument, new language), etc.

By channeling most of your energies and focus into improving your real self, it also helps your No-PMO Journey. Why? Because as your real life gets more exciting, the need to escape from it through PMO shall naturally decrease.
