    I'm finally calm today. The pornography in my mind has gone away.
    Because I slept very late last night, I feel short of energy today.
    Just now, I saw a brother who was very unfriendly to me in the forum. I didn't know that my words hurt him. What is the understanding of Karezza? I saw it in the book "Getting Started with NoFap NoFap" the day before yesterday. I'm trying to understand the meaning of the word. About the understanding of God? I firmly believe that everyone has the right to believe in God. Maybe the words I pray are not standard, but I know that God knows what I mean.
    I love my family, I love my wife, I love my God. I'm trying to build a new life. I hope to be encouraged by everyone.

    Joe I am sorry please forgive me I said that anyway to try to be sarcastic and funny and it came out completely wrong I respect everything you're doing and how you're doing it and you're right I am not a racist bigot I've actually explored that whole semen retention thing and just the act of it sounds awesome at the same time it could be misconstrued as a means of control from somebody else and that's kind of what put me here in the first place that and other things and that's probably why I have such a rigid opinion of it so again I apologize sir

    They won 26 check-in of infinity and beyond it's like we got some competition is going on here Alexia Raye the checks in today I will only add up all of our numbers tonight and post them the last time I did this we had 876 days!     Thank you so much @Foxislander for giving me a chance , I will try my best in this challenge and try to check in daily and be honest with you guys.
    I initially voted as a joke in " no sex " because I am not in a relationship because of religious reasons so I had no chance of getting sex which is good for me. But now I will go PMO free too .
    Can you explain the third point please .
    also , smoking is a violation of the last point , i will check it when I will quit it.

    I revised rule 3 of our thread another new member pointed this out to me here is the correction
    3. Tokeep track of who is still active, participants please do your best to do a check-in daily (by leaving a comment in the thread). Failure to check-in honestly hinders others success . Be honest if new are beingdishonest to yourselfand to others, and you shall be removed from the list. Remember our activities dictates are levels of success sohave fun with it too Make It Count that's what matters.

    Heyyy guys, I hope you all doing good, I really like how we all here as a family with the same challenge and help each other to go through whatever we face it’s really a blessing!!, I’m currently at my 27th day and I feel great so far, I started to really believe in myself that I can do anything and I can learn anything. I’ve got more time to spend outdoor, I play soccer even more now and my stamina increased rapidly within a short time. Life with Nofab is really an amazing life!!! Thanks Paul for creating this amazing thread! I’m seriously happy
