For those of you that are stuck in relapse cycle, you might need intervention, someone to be there for you and support you. I think it's really important for you to have Accountability Partners, but if i'm gonna be honest most people are terrible APs (they don't check in very often, aren't open enough, etc), but i'm sure if you keep looking, you will find a good one.
And it's important that you uplift and encourage your APs daily. And it's also equally important to BUILD FRIENDSHIPS with your AP. And lastly, share your advice, your thoughts, tell each other if you get urges and tell each other your secret deceitful or lustful thoughts and pray for each other that you may be healed.
It's hard to share, very few of my past APs were willing to share, to be open, to give me any advice.
I always try to share though, share my knowledge and feelings

A harsh but possibly much needed message for those of you relapsed recently:

"I can predict when some of you will relapse. You know how i know? Cause you speak and do the same stuff and don't do more! I don't really see sacrifice!! Where is the warrior inside of you? Why aren't you putting everything on the line to beat this? Why aren't you treating this addiction as if your life depends on it? I like you a lot, you may be a great guy. But damn, start changing the pathways of escape from porn addiction! Days without PMO should not decide your mood. What the hell is going on? Stand up and don't give up when it starts to be hard(i mean after one week or two). Start your journey and become who you want to be, no excuses, period."

Hey Guys. I just created this account because i wanted to ask u something. So i had a hardcore no PMO streak for 9 days. Just an hour ago i got really horny and masturbated. It was incredible.
