Leakage Fatigue

I'm on my billionth attempt at NoFap but I feel like this time is different. Enough is enough. I'm on day 15 today.

A big problem I encounter with NoFap is semen leakage. When it happens, my whole day is ruined. My entire body feels fatigued, especially around the eyes (for whatever reason) and I get more depressed than usual.

I was wondering if anyone else experienced these extreme negative effects of semen leakage? I know it's normal for leakage to happen but is it also normal to have these symptoms? Thanks.

Before week or 10 days from now...
I had a lot of semen leakage... For me it feels like I just ejaculated, the same symptoms, weak and my body exhausted...
Now I'm on day 34 and this problem almost gone... The leakage become less everyday..

Thank for sharing this info.. I have moderate semen leakage daily and I wish it would go away sooner... at least I know now based on your progress it will go away slowly over a 30+ day period....
