Its important to keep your mind in tip top shape by: Learning new things and becoming competent in them Playing strategy games like chess and sharpness games like sudoku Meditation Learning new useful and practical skills: Gun skills Martial arts Survival skills Carpentry Mechanics Basic electrical and plumbing skills Blacksmithing Reloading HAM radio Other social based ones Party tricks (juggling, butterfly knife, etc) Getting more confident in social situations Playing instruments Learn history (I'm into warrior societies) Delve more into finances Learn to cook List can honestly go on and on, these are just my interests that I put my time into, and I say that not to boast, but show that getting good at all of these different things are certainly possible and how time shouldn't be an excuse (more so if you dont have a full time job)
