Let's Do This

Hey all,

Just been browsing for different ways to find accountability and encouragement from reading success stories. I found NoFap and decided to sign up right away. I don't remember when I started, but I remember once, probably around 14 years ago, a friend gave me a DvD with porn rather than the series he meant to hand over. No need to go into details, but I regret that I ever saw that. On average, over 14 years, I've pmo'd once a week. I want to stop now because I want a lifestyle change, to be able to become more successful socially and professionally, and to avoid ED, which I feel like is starting to creep in. My countdown starts today and I'm looking forward to rebooting 100% along with the rest of the NoFap community.
