lifelong fapper moving on...finally

  1. Agree, stop P. then address selfpleasuring. Trouble is that the physical sensation of M. can numb normal sexual feelings and perpetuate the brain pathways of pleasure and addiction. Overall, no PMO for single people and no PM(O?) for those in relationships is the safest path...IMO.

    Yeah I personally am going cold turkey - and have been attempting it for a long time. I believe that's the best way forward for me and that I genuinely can overcome my addiction that way. But if I realise otherwise, then of course I'd have to consider MO first, then removing that.

    Only thing about quitting P but retaining M/O is to just be careful of your cravings for P. I feel that PMO can create an association between MO and P, and as a result MOing can just push you further towards P. That is something that I have experienced in the past.
