List of dangers for all new nofap members

Through my experience of nofap I know what certain states are dangerous to be in. I though I'd show my list here with 1. being the most dangerous down to where its less and less dangerous (can be discussed).

The list should be understood as what feelings and states of minds that will most proberly going to make you seek PMO.

The list goes as follows;

1. Tiredness
2. Boredome
3. Restlessness
4. Nevous/anxiety
5. Depression

My point with this is;

Even though you feel anxious and depressed, these feelings might not be your biggest obstacel to be succesful at nofap. Our brain seems to long mostly for P when we are tired. It's a very commen reason to relapse. The dopamine rush is what get us going and its a great tool against tiredness.

When we talk about depression and anxiety, we're usually talking about long term feelings. Strong cravings for P is not going to jump you so much on your long term feelings as its going to jump you on short term feelings. Its the short term feelings that are the most dangerous to pull you out of your resistance. Its very commen that people who just relapsed explaine the reason why they did with words like; tiredness, boredome and restlessness. Anxiety and depression has more to do with the consecvens of PMO'ing while tiredness, boredome and restlessness are the real triggers.

This is what I've personally experienced regarding nofap. I think that we are all more or less in the same boat regarding triggers but it can be discussed.
