After years of struggle and being disappointed by results from NoFap and whatnot, I believe I have found my personal ideal routine. Let it be said that I suffered from extremely severe depression and anxiety, to the point where I wouldn't leave my room for days on end. Now, I have found ways to stay in the good vibes. NUMBER 1: Bioenergetics. This is by far the best thing I havd EVER discovered. It is life changing honestly. NUMBER 2: Reading books. Bought an e-reader with monthly subscription which is amazing. Reading is relaxing and you can learn about tons of various subjects. NUMBER 3: Cold showers. They lower my blood pressure with around 10/20 percent. Feeling cold and calm. NUMBER 4: NoFap. This in combination with cold showers is a very good one, honestly. NUMBER 5: Walking everyday for 30+ min. What are your happy routines?
