Oh!! ...but there are sensors to sense arousal... so you wouldn't even have to press the button... you just start getting a little aroused and BAM!

 

The non $200 version of this: get a rubber band, put it around your wrist. The moment you find yourself considering PMO, pull back the band so it pings your wrist. It'll sting a little but won't be too painful, but regardless your brain will start to form the association between PMO and pain, and eventually start to see it as a habit it doesn't want to pursue.

Aversion therapy is pretty good if you can be strict with it.
