Many people are unaware of the results of abstaining PMO for a whole year. When you stop PMO your body reforms, recovers and improves itself to be good as new.

PMO addiction must have caused you health problems, and that might be the reason that made you want to quit PMO.

Note: When you finish reading I need your opinion about my English.. thx

    Mental Health:
As soon as you accomplish your first 365 days without PMO, your brain abilities will recover and reform itself. You will feel more focus, and you will be able to memorize and concentrate in your study again. Brain fog is a condition happen when you overwatch Pornography, it will recover when you abstain PMO.This process is different among individuals as it might take longer or lower periods of time.

    Physical Health :
When you quit PMO, you will give your body time to recover from the side effects which have been caused by the excessive PMO consumption.

    1. The low energy and stamina is expected as one of the leading PMO side effects. After 3 month of quitting PMO, you will notice an increase in Energy and stamina due to the fact that your body have had a long rest from the constant surprising increase and decrease in hermones.
    2. Insomina is a common condition when quitting PMO as it's addiction. Any type of addiction causes side effects such as Insomina and that's mean that your body is responding *You are recovering*.

    Sexual Health :
PIED is considerd the main reason why people start to abstain PMO. You might have suffered from ED induced by PMO addiction. Many people who have recovered from PMO have mentined that their PIED have been treated over time, and libido has increased significantly After 365 days clear of PMO.

    Notes:
    1. Do sport 4-6 times a week.
    2. Increase your suppliment intake of zinc, amino acids along with protein.
    3. Sleep 8 hours at least daily.
    4. Avoid watchfulness permanently.
    5. Every time you feel like that you will relapse Just Run no matter what time is it

  3. I wish I could run no matter what time it was but I live with a blended family and the treadmill is in the main room. So far I have meditation and deep breathing to guide me. I have to remember next time I go to the store to get those supplements. Your English seems okay to me, thanks for the post!

  4. Nice post. Your English is highly readable, and it would be unrealistic to expect it to be perfect, which it is not. But very readable.

Mentioned that their PIED has been treated over time

Like I said, these are very small mistakes, which does not really disrupt the flow of your words. You are doing extremely well for only learning English for four months.
They do not bother me, and I would never have pointed them out if you didn't ask.

Your English is pretty good, there are few errors but overall you're doing a great job.

I think you're right about the stamina part. Whenever I'm in the cycle of addiction, my energy levels drop and it's quite hard to move through the day, but when I have couple of weeks under my belt then I feel energetic, which I assume is linked with semen retention.

Actually there's more benefits that will happen when you stop PMO permanently.

  9. The one issue with your English, and believe me, it's a small one, is that it's Insomnia, not Insomina. It's the sort of mistake that even native speakers could make when typing. (I have a log where I was consistently writing 'ejactulate'.)

I'm not native speaker neither but I think your English is fine, I understood everything with no effort. Thanks for sharing this, it's a motivation I needed

  12. Awesome brother! This is a very helpful post. Waiting to reach that state one day myself! One more thing don’t worry about your English, you have already taken an important step in realising a flaw! Just like you got through PMO you will end up mastering English as well .No matter what the circumstances are it’s important not to give up! Cheers mate! We are all in this together Iam truly glad that you have gotten so far, it gives me hope to achieve it myself one day! Let’s all take back what PMO took from us.... our LIFE! #WakandaForever

    Hi,
I would love to help you improve your english. First of all, collect hundreds of movies and songs, and focus on the Phrases & the words pronouncement, along with Having a good source of vocabualry such as Oxford dictionary, but I prefer reading English articles to discover the essential words which you need instead of words that you find in dictionaries which you'll not need. Online courses is a great method to learn English .

I wish if i could help you more.

  15. When I was in Indonesia as a teenager, learning through pop songs was what helped me to learn the language. I'd get a cassette of a song I'd like and work my way through the lyrics sheet with my trusty, government-issue English-Bahasa dictionary. If I hit a particular sticking point (sometimes they'd use a Javanese word), I'd ask someone and usually got a rough idea of whatever the word meant. I did something similar several years later in Hong Kong with Cantonese, but there was the added issue of tones and characters, and the fact that I was there to work instead of study.

In this modern 21st century world I just need to type a search for song lyrics or character quotes into your preferred search engine, and BOOM!, you now know what your favorite character in that English-language film said. Of course, in your case @cjegypt, your English is probably a good deal beyond most of that, and a year on this forum has worked in your favour in more than one way.

    Keep up the good work.
