Looking for guidance

    Lately I have been feeling somewhat stressed. I am behind on homework and have a final tomorrow. I have pmoed the last 3 days including today. At one point 2 weeks was no problem. The longest streak I went on recently was 5 days. My great grandmother passed away 2 days ago last year. Ive been taking a few cold showers and I also left my xbox one unplugged for over a week. I don't want to falk into a run again. Any input is welcome.

    Anything useful here? Emergency measures:

    · Urinate, which can reduce the urges.

    · Splash cold water on your junk.

    · While you release your breath slowly contract your butt/hamstrings as hard as you can so that you feel like you're lifting up and keep it like that until you can't anymore and release it slowly.

    · Hold your breath for 30 seconds.

    · As a single movement, practice contracting and pulling upward the entire floor of your pelvis, including the anus, perineum, and genitals. It should feel like you are trying to stop yourself from going to the bathroom. You can practice this in sets of 15 or 20 contractions, holding them as long as you can. Kills boners.
