Ok so I just did the nofap 90 days challenge and my benefits were very subtle. I just relapsed and im wondering if the benefits will dissapear?
Congrats on the 90 days! What benefits did you receive and approximately when or how you noticed them? I mean you might a little bit mainly mental but that is in my experience but whatever you do don’t binge or else you will lose all your progress. Just get back on track!
