    Hey nofap, I gave into porn and masturbation a lot over the last week. Specifically, Saturday was really bad for me. I devoured it multiple times that day and twice since then. Once yesterday morning and again this morning. Here to confess that to you guys and hopefully find strength and encouragement from you guys as well. I really hate having to do this. I feel terrible to admit failure and defeat, but here I am. I need you guys. I need this community to help hold myself accountable. Thanks for letting me share. Resetting.

    New Goal: 24 hours of sobriety. After that, I will focus on the next 24 hours. One day a time.

    I think you should find a reason why you actually PMO. Is it because you want to reduce stress? Is it because you want pleausure? Then you have to know that there are way better alternatives. You can try out meditation which does a far better job at reducing streas. Its also far more pleausurable because u will be happier after u practiced that reguraly. You can go jogging if u want to feel better. Wot Im trying to say is that PMO only has negative effects and there are way better alternatives that do a far better job than this. You want to reduce stress and have pleasure but after u PMO u are so depressed that u have way less pleasure and way more stress in the end. It just makes things worse. You will also need a goal. For me its "being happy and making the world a happier place". You need to know that pmo makes things worse,there are better alternatives and u need a clear goal. I hope this helps and im sorry for my english, I am german.
