    Hey NoFapstronauts,

I've made the decision to break my addiction of watching porn a few months ago, part in due to reading NoFap stories and reading that it could really help for addictive personalities and people with OCD to get a new grip on their life. Although I've had some success with various streaks ( longest being 25 days ) I've had a couple of resets in a row right now and I need the support of you guys in fear of falling back into a true relapse.

Although living conditions should not really matter it doesn't help that I emigrated recently to Japan and had to leave my girlfriend behind and being in a new country (sexually media heavy Japan at that ) and being lonely has made my biological brain win a couple times in a row now.

BUT MY TRUE SELF IS SO DONE WITH IT. But my biological brain is a really smart guy, with it going something like this:
~''If you never use again you'll never be able to see a sexy woman like that anymore''
~''It isn't that bad, every guy uses now and then''
~''You don't have an addiction, you should just get used to your libido''

Eventually this heat of the moment comes up and my higher self can't come out, do you guys have any techniques to pass this moment urge?

Not sure if you guys have had the same experiences, but I look forward to being a more active part of this community and hoping that that makes me victorious.

Thank you and you are all the bravest of men (and women )

  2. Hi @Renjility
I am glad to see you want to stop your addiction.
That is a very good idea!
It's not an easy job, but it will be worth it!
Good luck and have a good day.
