Just want to throw this up here for anyone who, like myself, sometimes feels like it's groundhog day with their streaks. Day counts may come and go. But lately I am reminded of my overall progress when I see more permanent changes. - My room is organised - I am finally starting to put on weight (was under the normal weight-to-height ratio before) - My computer is not in the usual spot - I spend more time engaged in activities rather than browsing online or on TV Realising changes are happening is helping me a lot when urges do come up. Doesn't have to be drastic, but it will add up trust me.
