Making few promises to yourself

I just thought about this that if all of us made the following promises to ourselves and decided never to break them under any circumstances then life would probably become easier for us all.

These few promises are:
1. I will never ever deliberately watch another man getting sexually pleased on any media (internet, books whatever) at all.
2. I will never ever search/look for sexual arousal using pixels or pictures. Conversely I will primarily look for sexual arousal with real women only.
3. I will never ever touch my genital area except for washing/urinating/scratching purposes.

I think these three "rules" can be pretty helpful outlines in getting better. What do you guys think?
