    I have been clean for 6 days. Its the weekend, and its getting dark, and my urges are hitting.
    PLEASE HELP.

    Read some stories here of men who suffer with ED - look in 30-39 and 40+ to see where you will end up if you don't stop.. Fix it now while you're young, and you will have good sexual health. Keep going and problems will loom..

    You can always shut your computer down. read a book. go to sleep early. play a game. take a walk. do some push-ups
