Mastering the sex energy

how strong nature made this. I am so affected today. The warm days and the hot girls and how they dress is hitting right into the bottom sex energy center. How just a couple inputs can hit this and awake such a strong urge. Such a strong longing. I am changing. The use of the sex energy gets different. I would love to chat with a girl. Sexy but lovely and sweet...allow the energy to circulate and dissolve it. I experienced that this works well. Actually. Since my energy is vey string that is the way how it works for me. Like in Tantra. The energy can arouse and flow but can also disburse again. I am determined to live this out and move this energy into something that is productive and good and not fall into porn. I can I can feel this. Exchange would grübeln.

 

I have such a longing to exchanging at least with a girl not to fall into porn. My energy is quite cooking

 

I managed pretty well in the meantime. I do have urges and summer does not help....but I manage more and more to accept the effect a sexy girl can have instead of fighting it. It’s about embracing it and seeing the beauty in it without getting pulled down and locked up inside the desire craving and leading to Pmo.

Until recently sexy was directly related to drive and the whole tiresome mind work fighting it. That’s not the path I realize. Control yes but with a yes. No makes it hard dry and cutting off yourself.
