I think most people here would judge that as a relapse. Some people only consider it a reset - you didn't watch P which is positive but you did M so you need to reset your counter.

It depends on what is your individual goal but for the majority of people NoFap means exactly what it says. In the long run abstaining from M for a period of time (usually 90 days) is the best way to reboot your brain from P use.

Depends on your goals. Relapse from mo, you can judge for yourself if it's p or not. I would personally say psub at least.

Ask your GF if it's a relapse.

If you dont want to ask her for whatever reason, then you probably have an answer formed in your brain already

 

I personally see it two ways. First I think that masterbating while only thinking of your girlfriend is not actually a relapse, if your goal is to quit porn. However, I do think its something you should not do. The addicted mind is a beast, and it takes advantage of you. See, the mind will eventually wander, and test its boundaries with you. You will start masterbating again, and thats one step closer to the ability to relapse. Next you are thinking of your girlfriend, but your mind is simply one side of the coin away from thinking of something you shouldnt. And then where will you be? Ultimately no, I dont say its a relapse from porn. But its a bad idea in my opinion.

 

Its a relapse alright, but don't be afraid to reset your counter because its just a number on this page.
Next time you will be prepared and will not M anymore.
Real sex is ok, but Porn and M are a no go
