Masturbating without porn, the same side effects ?

I do,along with other effects that show up later if you don't stop and i know it isn't from porn because i saw porn in 2013 for first time whereas i started feeling these effects in late 2011 after around 3 years of wanking.
I also know this isn't from anything else because i don't smoke or drink or have ever taken any drugs. I also have always since i was a child eaten a balanced diet (I very rarely eat junk food) and played sports. Fapping was the only thing that changed over the years, i realized after a thorough analysis, of why i could have started feeling that way. Most importantly these effects become more post fap and slightly reduced if you abstain for a few days.

 

I find the only problem with MO is it's a bit like a gateway drug - and leads to psub, followed by nude photos, then erotica and porn.

Masturbation has lead me to doing some pretty nasty things. I would start doing it, and then realize I can just open up my laptop and search up some arousing material. Really, I want to stop it, I do NOT want to go to porn.

It has even lead me to justify Softcore material. I know that isn't good. Pretty soon I'll be looking at hardcore stuff.. Masturbation isn't a part of me. That's why I want to stop it. I believe it's a sin, and one that'll lead to other ones.

 

It can be addictive too - and if you masturbate several times a day by the sixth attempt you'll be spending ages just getting that fleeting orgasm (which in my case causes considerable wrist pain). Just not worth it.

Masturbation is the problem. The goal of porn is masturbation, which is ultimately an act of self-love, wheras sex is rooted in love for the other. I notice the same effects if I MO or edge a lot. Also, for me personally I have to have mental erotic images in order to MO, so it's porn that's in my head and that I direct. That's my 2 cents.

 

Any masturbation cause side effects, only real sex doesn't. Don't ask me why it is so but it is so.
