Im on my day 5. and it has actually been surprising easy for me because i've had a lot to do. But yesterday and today i feel this kinda headache or as if my mind is ''foggy''. I dont feel sharpminded as i did the few first days. But still holding on. I wonderes if this feeling was mental or physical. My theory is i need something to stimulate my mind, so i just started taking pushups untill i couldnt do any more. it helped only a little bit. I have been procrastinating duties today, so i better get started now before it gets too much. Have you guys had this feeling too in the head?
