    Hi guys,

    lately I'm awaking in the middle of the night and see that I'm masturbating. There's no orgasm at all, but it's like edging. I don't like it, but it's third night and gives me no sleep. Is this natural?

    I've dealt with this for a long time and I've seen others discuss it as well. It's involuntary so doesn't count as edging unless you willfully continue (which is tempting as you're already there).

    The solution for me was to wear pants and a belt to bed until the habit was broken.
