Monk mode since 18.02-full protocol and journal

    Today my journey begins- new monk mode (mild version of hardcore stuff that do guys on youtube, but still pretty good)
    21 days that shall be planned and have a goal and intention.
    My intention is to improve my business, sports activities and get self-acceptance.
    1.What NOT to do:
    -alcohol and other stimulants
    -today i get my last coffee at home. I will drink coffee only by my clients 2-3 times a week.
    -limit my video games to 1h/day, I can play up to 2 hours if I don't play at all one day. I listen to podcasts during it so it's not a complete waste of time.
    -Internet/fb/YT up to 45 mins/day.
    -limit sweets to 1x/week
    No smartphone by bed, i switch off the internet access except the 8 PM-9PM to use it in a limited way.
    2. What to do:
    -daily morning ritual, including yoga, meditation, inspirational reading and short walk
    -gym 2-3x a week
    -sleep before 11 PM
    - back to the old hobbies, like making model, set and aquarium, reading, music, cooking
    -learining FB ads and oil painting
    - plan the holidays
    -making a podcast/audiobook
    -finishing the online courses I bought before
    -daily streching
    -long walks to the forest
    -go full offline mode for 3 days during the challenge (at week 2)
    - fix my bike, do some minor renovations/cleaning in my house

    day 1 done, i realised how important it is to walk daily cause during winter time I sat a lot and I'm not the only one

    I have been in Monk mode for a while. Today is day 160 with no PMO and no sex. Recovery is possible with God's help

    Nightmare Mode List -MO/PMO in any form -NO digital entertainment (Can only watch CEO interviews on Youtube) -NO social media at all -NO Youtube no growth related video watching -No food outside oatmeal, green juice, olive oil and lean chicken (2300 calories per day) -No alcohol and any other garbage (includes weed,cigs, etc...I don't do those but just so you no) -No sugar -No going out -No dating -No cell phone usage (used only for uber)
    Allowed -WORK -Educational videos and reading -Detoxes -Working out -Staring at walls
    Here's the most hardcore version of monk mode, I plan to incorporate it in about 2 weeks for 7 days.

    I did a mild version of Monk mode, with a walk to the forest (even if it was raining). It's a new streak after a hard relapse on tuesday 20.02 evening. I didn't drink the coffee today, I also rejected to buy sugars/crisps. I drink a healthy green tea and did 50 min of yoga in the morning. See ya tomorrow. Still working on reducing screentime/video games (this winter I played a little bit too much) and add some stretching, also my goal is to avoid going to sleep to late and reduce time on smartphone even more. I made my smatphone screen greyscale so it looks much less attarctive.

    Another day in the books, today gym and I also did yoga, meditation and no caffeine. It is strange feeling, you feel like you lack of something and you expect to feel Sleepy but in fact you have high level of energy. I plan to run once a week 5, 7, 10, 17, 20, 23, 26, 35 km

    I relapsed yesterday, so here we go, no Masturbation March- monk mode. This morning I drank last coffee at home (I limit to 2-3 cups a week), I also reduce harshly the amount of time in front of the screens.

    You should add "cutting out the internet" to your plan. It work overwhelmingly. It destroys PMO addiction.
