Morning wood after 6 days for an addict?

    this morning, i woke up with morning wood. I have been an addict for 3 consecutive years (currently 18 yo) and PMO was a daily thing for me. Is this a sign that things will start to go normal soon? Or I will face some serious withdrawl symptoms later on? During these 6 days, I faced no major erection.
