Meditation is something I have to be very diligent on. However, once I invest about 20 minutes (2x a day is optimal) I find I am more aware and calm throughout the day. Diet is important too, as I am back on the ketogenic diet. As I have gotten older, I notice too much sugar can put me under for a bit. Inflammation and brain fog.
