Multiple Addictions

Nofap pertains to PMO but what about all the addictions out there that are similar to porn? What about video games, tv, youtube, fones in general, or surfing the web? Sometimes I feel claustrophobic. I look around and all I see are screens. Im holding a phone theres two tvs in this room, ps3's, and a tablet. I see speakers that play constant music. The mainstream music is just addictive beats and rhymes with meaningless lyrics. Everything is so sex based. I just want to get away from it all.
