I use to do 100 -120 pushup per day , not at a single time you can divide it into sets of 35-35-35 which should be done in a gap of 5 min each . If you are not able to do 35 at a time you can divide it into 10 or 20 according to urself . If u practice this for 1 week u would find your biceps getting tighter and elbows becoming sharper . Too many and overly too frequent. reducing the quantity of pushups and focusing on the quality is ideally better, and doing them every other day will promote actual growth without putting much stress on the muscles. In 4-6 weeks you'll see better results than your routine you've been doing.
