So far so good, my rebooting journey has been real good. The urges are there, but ive been in massive control of my self and that I’m proud at myself. Back when i was a PMO addict, i used to sext, phonesex and M till i O over the phone with girls including my Gf. When I started my recovery, I literally ghosted everyone by going monk mode, deleting all my social media and that has made me go so far during my NoFap recovery. Last 2 weeks, i decided to come back slowly into social media. Well, I’ve not yet downloaded apps yet, but first i wanna call everyone i that I genuinely like for like 3 weeks then get my apps back. i got exams right now and i gotta focus. Also ive deleted all those succubus contacts i used to PMO with in the past. My girlfriend, i really like her, and I’m so lucky cos she’s still into me after i literally disappeared. But ive noticed i get so erect whenever i call her, and I’m somewhat not comfortable with it. Cos i use to sext and M over the phone with her in the past and me getting erect to her as am genuinely talking to her right now really worries me cause am thinking my brain has just associated my girlfriend to pmo and that I don’t wanna be into again. Please guys, i dunno what do about this situation. Although I genuinely miss and wanna set things straight with her into a normal sexual relationship, this erection am getting anytime i call her really worries me. Please what should i do?
I haven’t told her at all. I decided to handle it solo. Could be a bad idea, but i beleive its best that way.
It will be a perfect test, if you told her everything and she's strong enough to bear it then she is for you. You will know whether or not she holds the strength to be able to understand what you say. If she did not, therefore she's not made for you. It's up to you brother whether you do this or no, It's just my opinion. If I were in place of you, I would've done the above to check whether or not she/he/anyone is strong enough to understand.
