Watch it, think about it, watch it again. The thing about getting prepared before you stop--that shows a wisdom I and most others lacked when we began our journey to quit. We just showed up, started a counter, and announced "I'm done". Then for months we showed back up, over and over and over, and reset our counters, ate many portions of humble pie announcing we failed, until finally something clicked that made it possible to turn days into weeks, weeks into months, months into years. I will never PMO again. Ever. The thing is, it takes years to get where we finally got, so it is incredibly smart to take a few hours to understand your problem. Many guys who quit do so completely within 90 days, meaning that after 90 days the temptations--which is just withdrawals--cease or become quite manageable. Hi alexs. No problem. Take time to understand the science behind the addiction. Understand the problem has really only happened since High Speed Internet Porn. Since technology is part of the problem I suggest using technology as part of the solution. If you have a smart phone, go to a dumb phone. Also, install porn blockers on your computers. A lot of guys suggest K9, but start taking steps to make it difficult to access porn at all. Best of luck!
