So yesterday night I ask a girl I met online and previously date once to come at mine to watch the Euro football game and have a sushi date. I haven't been with a girl since at 10 months and was a bit nervous and anxious about going out of my confort circle and about my PIED i had all my life. I was just saying myself "don't worry, it would be a test to know where you are standing too after almost 5 months rebooting of PMO" and "nothing bad will happened".
She came at mine we watch the game, France win blabla, then we started to kiss on the catch and cuddling, i first feel something below then things started to get warmer until she said she has her period so nothing will happen I said ok no problem i'm happy as it is now. We were still dressed and after intense kissing i felt i was on erection and the worst happened... i came....just by kissing and full cloth. I haven't release since 4 months so i had any pleasure and i wont lie, it happened for well 6 7 seconds . hopefully she didn't notice anything because i still had my denim and she had her leggins but i felt sooo embarassed and i couldnt get any erection after we keep kissing but i was like wtf happened to me, how old am I to came after 1 mn kissing dress.. looks like being in an american pie movie. All my libido came down after that and i didnt want anymore to continue especially because i didnt want she noticed it.

Is it normal ? What should i do to "fix" it ? and how come i wasn"t excited at all and block me.. If you can share some of your experience after a long abstinence period in a physical way i would be very interested.
