I have this like a thousand of times to myself over my month long streak that what is my fuel for NoFap. Read clearly i did not say 'motivation' I said 'fuel'. Because motivation i believe is temporary unless you do something about it every single day.
And I realized a few days ago that whenever a strong urge comes (which VERY rarely happens) I say to myself like an in-built function in a computer that "I don't need to fap, to bring out the best in me, to live the LIFE that i imagine for myslef" and stressing on that thought I realize that why do you feel the need to PMO? How does this even occur to us guys to watch P or MO when other people who dont watch P nor MO go on without it? There must be something very useful to us, something that makes those strong urge appear from nowhere? Something that forces you to put your hand in your pants! And I realized that nothing else than the dopamine is the real reason. Nothing else completely. It becomes such an important part of our lives that we even give up thinking about our health, well-being and we end up destroying our life.
There is nothing else than dopamine that we require PMO for.
Eradication is a slow process. Stay patient and the need for dopamine will disappear itself on its own.
Thank you for reading and hope this helps you.
    Keep going on.

Yep, dopamine is the reason we do everything in life. Artificial things like P and drugs cheat the dopamine system, which slowly goes out of whack only leaving you wanting the artificial stuff, not being able to get your fix IRL anymore.
