after one year I finally come here again

I discovered nofap around 13 months ago. I went on a 6 month streak where my life turned around (improved a lot). I relapsed on my aunt's house thinking about my cousin... (I thought that jacking off would make me not look at her in a sexual manner, and honestly that worked, but it ruined my streak and things quickly began to go worse)

at first I didn't want to count that "one time thing" as my streak being ruined, but it still was a mistake. that one singular time made me relapse and slowly but surely made me fall into my old bad habits.

fast forward to now. my grades are getting worse and I'm trying to go back to those utopic 6 months I mentioned earlier, but it is very VERY hard. maybe because of personal issues (I moved cities. New House, new city, new lifestyle and I know nobody), but maybe that's just me trying to convince myself that trying nofap again is a waste of time... idk...

    any tips?

Hello friend. If the sister is beautiful, it will be difficult for anyone to resist. But don't think that there is something wrong with you or that you are perverts. All this porn blurs the lines of what is permissible and forces us to find something new to get a dose of dopamine. Quit porn, it will not be easy, but I I'll tell you my story. I started watching OP since I was 18, I'm 35 now and I'm very sorry because porn stole my best years. Don't make my mistake, now is the best time to start living a new life. There's no need to set a time frame for yourself, start with a week without porn. Do not be afraid of relapse, experiment, draw conclusions and you will learn to avoid those things that prevent you from quitting porn.
