Since doing NoFap I became more disciplined and motivated to change things. Recently my town and work has changed and I have much more to do. This makes planing much easier as it was in July when I wasn't working and had to make plans for all my (free) time.

Lately I was abstaining from sweets and I did much sport but all those improvements get "washed out" quickly. I want to make good days a habit :)

Here some of my do's and no-do's I want to habituate. It's a draft. Any thoughts and suggestions are welcome! I would like to hear about YOUR schedules too ;)

    new schedule
    1. important things first! Make to-do-lists
    2. abstain from unnecessary stuff; no entertainment other than music
    3. track process, but not more than 15 min on NoFap per day
    4. eat healthy: vegetables & fruits every day / buying no sweets and no fastfood (for now), not more than 3 cups of coffee per week
    5. do sport every day
    6. do meditation ... let's say: 3 times per week
    7. creative writing: 3 hours per week
    8. get up early: between 6am and 8am
    9. keep track of budget
    10. be creative and break your patterns

tools: brain, to-do-list, watch (to take time)

if you never did any of those you just listed in your daily routine i suggest you doing it one by one,
don't try to force all of them at once... you are on NoFap so you probably dont have the best discipline/willpower like all of us and will fail
so try starting with sports every day until it becomes a habit then add meditation and so on...
its always sounds good and possible in your fantasys but once you start doing it for real you will realize how difficult it actually is... you might do all of this for a week and then something unsuspecting happens and you quit for a month.
make them your habits not chores

Thank you ItsNotWorthIt, there's some truth in it. But I already do most of the things. Well I want to habituate them MORE. For example I haven't been doing sport EVERY DAY.
The only things I haven't been doing more or less habitual for me are meditation and creative writing.

I modified my schedule a little bit
    1. important things first! Make to-do-lists
    2. abstain from unnecessary stuff; no entertainment other than music
    3. track process, but not more than 15 min on NoFap per day
    4. eat healthy: vegetables & fruits every day / buying no sweets and no fastfood (for now), no alcohol, not more than 3 cups of coffee per week
    5. do sport every day
    6. do meditation once a week
    7. study every day
    8. get up early: between 6am and 8am
    9. keep track of budget
    extra points for creative writing

I thought about what I want to do (here) and how I want to monitor my process. I came to the conclusion that this is not the right approach. More important than shape my behaviours and optimize my life-style are work and studies. Therefor "important things first! Make to-do-lists" is crucial. But it seems impossible to me to do every daily task on each day in the week. Also some not-to-do's might be too hard. I rather go with the flow. I'm already abstaining from many things. That's good but I don't want to carry it to extremes. At least for now I have to concentrate on the positive things and the organisation but not so much on not-to-do's.

I'll continue NoFap, I'll do my best to masturbate only once in a blue moon, I'll continue with my analogue daily-schedules (paper). I'll continue to save money and eat healthy. Coffee is great stuff, but I want to keep my addiction-level at zero. (Try it as a non-addict and drink coffee in the morning on four workdays in row. Chances are you will feel tired or even get headache on when you leave the coffee away on the fifth workday). I'm glad my NoFap-journey is running smoothly now. I don't need to spend so much time and thought for it. As regars those other other things I don't have to be super strict with myself. Monitoring / counting isn't necessary (except for household & money)
Sport however is a key factor. For several reasons. I'll try to do as much as possible and probably come here to report success or to tell when I'm not content.

Behind all of them stand virtues and state of minds.
    I'll try to name them.

    - motivation or identification
    - determination
    - training
    - decisiveness
    - thoughtfulness

@swimbikerun hi there fellow fapstronaut :)
I agree with you and I think I haven't said anything contrary.

As I said, I like coffee... good coffee! I like the smell, the taste and the effect of the caffeine.
    I also like coffee-culture.

And I don't really know why I made an issue out of it it in the first place. It's certainly because of several experiences of "overdose" of caffeine (makes me feeling weird and squirrely) and issues with getting up in the morning, which has nothing to do with coffee.

I don't want to outlaw coffee in any way and I think the way I'm treating it know could be done as well without so much thinking and planning: just listen to your body, enjoy without damaging yourself and learn from bad experiences, thats all you need.

But how do I treat coffee know?
    I still drink it ;)

What I don't like about coffee is that it is addictive. I don't want to depend on it. I don't want to become like friends of mine who need coffee - or do think they need it - feel well and awake. Because imo there is no good reason to wake yourself up with a cup of coffee. Sport for example works much better.

It's a drug and why should I do it regularly and become addicted instead of using it only then and now and have the full effect without any withdrawal syndromes or developing tolerance?

It's a stimulant with a certain aura - why should I banalize and overconsume it?

    Since NoFap I learned:
    1. that I developed an addiction to porn long ago - with serious consequences to my life
    2. that I can follow my ideal and abstain from porn and pmo
    3. that changing a behaviour can sometimes be tough and needs some time
    4. that I can change my behaviour as I want and that I want to change my behaviour in certain ways
    5. that I don't need porn in my life and the craving for it is just something that I learned
    6. that, by freeing myself of certain behaviours I become more flexible to change and adapt myself and maybe more likely to become more "one" with myself or more better "connected" to others (I'm not talking about the connection to others over smartphone, facebook and the like, btw)
    7. that, through the training I do (by changing habits) I can handle/ control myself better (for example: handling and converting an urge)
    8. that willpower is not an actual force but a concept either of the outcome of a person's effort or as a inner-psychic one... at any rate to show the effect of willpower in a difficult situation a person needs communication, tools, strategy and reflection
