    hi guys,
    I'm only afraid of porn memories won't fade away ,so my question for anyone who could abstain for long time before. will porn memories fade away ?
    I think one time before when I could abstain for about 40 days the memories were less stronger and it was only fleeting thoughts. but I read about someone who could abstain for 140 days and he still has it in important moments of his life.
