hi guys,
I'm only afraid of porn memories won't fade away ,so my question for anyone who could abstain for long time before. will porn memories fade away ?
I think one time before when I could abstain for about 40 days and the porn memories were less stronger and it was only fleeting thoughts. but I read about someone who could abstain for 140 days and he still has it in important moments of his life.

They probably won't ever be gone completely, but when you get to the point where you barely think about them anymore and they lose the power they once had, they may as well be.
